Description
ABL90 FLEX is a blood gas analyzer from Radiometer (Denmark), designed for point-of-care testing (POCT) in emergency departments, intensive care units (ICU) and neonatal intensive care units (NICU).
It measures up to 17 parameters on a single 65 µL sample and reports results in 35 seconds, covering blood gases, electrolytes, metabolites and CO-oximetry.
- Automatic safePICO mixer: samples are mixed in about 8 seconds without haemolysis.
- Automatic Quality Management (AQM): continuous QC, calibration, analysis, system and clot checks, with automatic corrective actions and documentation.
- 1st Automatic: operator, patient and sample IDs are registered at the bedside, reducing the risk of sample mix-up.
- Built-in cybersecurity: runs only Radiometer-certified software, with Microsoft security patches validated by Radiometer.
